The Human Resources Department is committed to working strategically with the diverse Southeastern Community College community in identifying and responding to its changing needs. Our mission is to provide future, current and past employees with the highest level of customer service, while maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism and confidentiality. We will provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures and enhance the recruitment, selection, compensation, development and retention of staff and faculty in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Due to the impact to our area from Hurricane Florence, the college will be closed through Saturday, September 23. Updates will be communicated through the ReGroup messaging system, the college website and social media, and via area media outlets.
