Rams Rock the Yacht is the SCC Foundation’s Spring signature fundraiser featuring live music, a reverse raffle grand prize, silent auction, themed cocktail buffet, and festive yacht-inspired attire. Guests will enjoy a relaxed evening of smooth sounds and soft-rock nostalgia while supporting scholarships and programs at Southeastern Community College.

Set the tone for the evening with smooth, crowd-pleasing soft rock classics from the 1970s and 1980s. Camel City Yacht Rock delivers a laid-back, nostalgic sound that perfectly complements a relaxed, yacht-inspired night of music, conversation, and celebration.
Cocktail dinner buffet
Guests will enjoy a cocktail-style dinner buffet featuring heavy hors d’oeuvres and small-plate selections, with menu offerings designed for a relaxed, social evening.
Beer, wine, and soft drinks will be available.
Yacht rock–inspired attire is encouraged, but not required. The evening’s theme leans toward relaxed, breezy sophistication with a subtle nautical influence — perfect for an event centered around music, conversation, and celebration.
For those who want to lean into the theme, inspiration includes:
• Linen pants, polos, and breezy blazers
• Navy and white stripes or coastal neutrals
• Boat shoes, loafers, or relaxed dress sandals
• Retro sunglasses or a touch of 70s or 80s flair
• Yacht rock–era style inspired by soft-rock icons

Ticket Limit: Only 200 reverse raffle tickets will be sold.
A reverse raffle works a bit differently than a traditional raffle. As ticket numbers are drawn throughout the evening, those tickets are removed from play. The final ticket remaining is the winner.
Drawings will take place periodically during the event, leading up to the final draw near the end of the evening. Participants do not need to be present to win.
