Library

Students, faculty, and staff should use SCC identification cards as a library card. Present this card at the Circulation Desk and complete a library card application.

Community patrons may obtain library cards, upon request. Distance Learning students may download the Library Card Application for Distance Learners on the Forms page. Follow the submission guidelines on the form.

Students and community patrons may not use the Library’s telephones. Turn off or set cell phones to silent before entering the Library. Conduct cell phone conversations outside of the Library.

Patrons must abide by the policies and procedures for Internet use at SCC. Computers are available on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Students must clear the Library before graduating or withdrawing from a course. A library staff member will sign a student’s clearance form upon receipt of all library materials and/or payment of outstanding fines.
